Jon Ruben was taken into custody after eight youngsters and a grown-up became sick at the facility in mid-summer.
The elderly man, from that region, admitted guilt to a series of 17 offences when he stood at Leicester Crown Court on recently.

'Treat game'
Mary Prior KC, prosecuting, described the defendant's actions to the judicial body.
She stated his targets were under-privileged children who were attending a summer program which he operated.
The defendant played a "sweet game" with the minors, the prosecutor explained, in which he would go into the children's bedrooms when they were settling down and ask them to consume candy "as quickly as they can".
She told the court the defendant had played this game with the young males "repeatedly", and minors had previously become sick the next day.
She explained the man had been capable of justifying this repeatedly as the children being "overexcited from fun", until his stepchild had concerns in recently.
Mrs Prior KC stated further: "This year his family member had suspicions about the situation, with valid cause.
"They chose" to examine in the man's possessions."
Mrs Prior KC explained items including baby oil, petroleum jelly and syringes were located, and his stepson alerted the authorities about his worries.
She stated the defendant continued to play the "treat game" with six children that night - that Saturday - and they were all ill the subsequent day.
"The police had not gone out by that point," she added.
The regulatory agency, the investigative body, previously told that it was examining law enforcement's management of the situation.
The prosecutor explained the minors were struggling to walk due to their condition, so Ruben's stepson contacted the law enforcement a second time.
She explained Ruben then conducted the "treat game" in a room of five youngsters.
